Top 5 universities
While higher education is not free in the country, it is highly subsidised by the government. For non-EU/EEA students, the tuition fee for bachelor’s and master’s degrees can range from Rs.5-17 lakh a year. Arts, humanities and law courses will be cheaper than science, business, engineering and medicine courses. Private universities will also charge more. Students may also have to pay a small application fee of €50-100.
