Investors transfer funds to OXYIDEAS PARTNERS LLP. OXYIDEAS PARTNERS LLP accepts investors as partners, and the total investment goes to the startup as a single transaction.
Startup transfers shares to OXYIDEAS PARTNERS LLP.
OXYIDEAS PARTNERS LLP and Investors will have an agreement stating that funds are for the exclusive usage of startup investment and not to deal with Profit and Loss of OXYIDEAS PARTNERS LLP.
Fee: 3% + GST on total investment
